Project overview

GoodFor wanted a digital experience that could make everyday food decisions easier to understand.

From scanning a product to discovering its nutritional information, the experience needed to turn complex food data into something simple, useful, and easy to act on.

We focused on creating a clean, approachable interface that helps users understand what they’re eating without overwhelming them with information.

The challenge

Food labels can be difficult to interpret. Users often have to search through ingredients, nutrition tables, and unfamiliar terms before they can decide whether a product is right for them.

GoodFor needed an experience that could simplify that process.

The challenge was to present a large amount of nutritional information in a way that felt clear, visual, and actionable, while making scanning and exploring food feel quick and intuitive.

What we delivered

Tools & stack

Our approach

Making better food choices starts with making information easier to understand.

We designed the experience around one simple principle: less confusion, more clarity.

01

Simplified discovery

We created a visual hierarchy that makes the most important information easy to understand first, while allowing users to explore deeper details when they need them.

02

Scan-first experience

The interface was designed to make the journey from scan → understand → decide feel natural, with clear feedback and easily digestible results.

03

Clear food scoring

We used visual cues, structured layouts, and clear content hierarchy to make food scores and nutritional information easier to interpret at a glance.

04

Designed for everyday use

Every interaction was designed to feel familiar, lightweight, and intuitive—whether someone is checking a product while shopping or exploring food choices at home.

05

A healthier digital experience

We combined clean layouts, natural imagery, friendly typography, and a fresh visual system to create an experience that feels modern, approachable, and positive.
